Farewell Ceremony

Ceremony format

Each student are thanked on stage by the Vice-Chancellor and a representative of the programme, and awarded a thank you diploma and an LTU-pin. After the ceremony, you will be photographed in groups for each programme.

You may invite up to four guests. Guests must be registered in the registration form.

Schedule

Depending on the number of participants, there will be two or three ceremonies during the day. You will find out which ceremony you will be attending no earlier than one week after registration has closed.

Expect the first ceremony to begin in the morning and the last ceremony to end in the late afternoon. Each ceremony will last up to two hours.

Invitation and registration

Registration is required to participate. An invitation with a registration link has been sent to your email address in Ladok. You can also register via the link below. The registration deadline is 1 March.

Please note that the banquet is organised by the student unions and is a separate event with its own registration via Luleå Student Union.
