Two New Members of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences from Luleå University of Technology
The Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA) has announced 41 new members, two of whom are from Luleå University of Technology.
Marta-Lena Antti, Professor of Engineering Materials, has been elected to IVA's Division of Mining and Materials. Per Erik Eriksson, Professor of Construction Management and Engineering, has been elected to IVA's Division of Built Environment.
Additionally, four of the new members are alumni of Luleå University of Technology: Åsa Allan, Malin Frenning, Katarina Holmgren, and Johan Oja.
IVA has approximately 1,300 elected Swedish and international members, divided into twelve divisions spanning various fields of technology and economics. The new members aim to further strengthen and expand IVA’s expertise in addressing critical future challenges.
