Outdoor advertising and fairs attract future students
The fall outdoor advertising campaign kicks off next week. The university will be visible in the Stockholm metro and at bus stops across the country. At the same time, we are also going on a student fair tour in Gothenburg, Stockholm and Malmö.
The Become You advertising campaign is advertised outdoors during week 47. In addition, we roll out ads in social media, for example on Instagram and Youtube, which are primarily aimed at the target group of prospective students. We also send a postcard home to prospective music students.
All campaign materials have a consistent look and feel, with messages that are repeated everywhere, from exhibition stands to printed matter and giveaways. The purpose of the campaign is to increase awareness of our brand, arouse interest and eventually attract more people to apply to Luleå University of Technology.
For the outdoor advertising, the target groups are prospective students of all ages, their parents and the general public.
Autumn student fairs
In the coming weeks, we will also participate in three major high school fairs in Gothenburg, Stockholm and Malmö. Our stand will feature student ambassadors from our various programs. The purpose is to inspire and inform about the program offerings and student life.
Kunskap & Framtid, Gothenburg November 20-22
The fair is held at the Swedish Exhibition Center and is expected to attract around 10,000 visitors. During all three days, one of our student ambassadors will give a presentation about the university, student life and the benefits of studying in the north.
Saco Student Fair, Stockholm November 26-27
The fair takes place at Kistamässan and is expected to gather around 25,000 visitors. On both days, a student ambassador will give a presentation about the university and participate in a student panel.
Saco Student Fair, Malmö December 3
Around 6,000 visitors are expected at the Malmö fair. Here too, a student ambassador will present the university, student life and the benefits of studying in the north.
After the turn of the year, the tour continues with Nolia Career, where we participate in fairs in Luleå, Piteå, Skellefteå, Östersund, Sundsvall and Umeå.
