Luleå University of Technology appointed to European Commission AI act advisory forum
Luleå University of Technology has been appointed to the European Commission's AI Act Advisory Forum, strengthening the university's role in shaping the future governance and regulation of artificial intelligence across Europe.
Following a rigorous and highly competitive selection process conducted by the European Commission, Luleå University of Technology has secured representation in the AI Act Advisory Forum through the appointment of Professor George Nikolakopoulos as an individual expert member of the forum.
The appointment follows a comprehensive evaluation of eligible candidates based on predefined selection criteria established by the Commission.
