Courses
Short course 1.9 km: The course follows paths of varying sizes. Some checkpoints require the participant to leave the safety of the path and take a few steps out into the terrain. The terrain is open and nice with very good visibility. There is an abundance of trails so it is important to navigate with your tongue in your mouth and be careful with the direction.
Middle course 3.2 km: Checkpoints in the wild terrain but the trail-rich terrain always offers route choices consisting of trail running almost all the way. The question is whether it is worth running after the path or "lying on the line" when the terrain is so incredibly fast? Clock your times and compare with your friends afterwards to find out.
Long course 5.0 km: Most of the course runs in open and beautiful forest that invites you to run at extraordinary speeds. However, a small guest appearance is made in terrain with large forests, green areas and marshland for genuine orienteering euphoria!
Swimming: It is possible to swim afterwards in Trolltjärn but all such activity is at your own risk.

Courses
Short course 1.5 km: The course follows scenic paths and forest roads. Some controls are a little way into the forest so it is important to lift your eyes from the ground and pay attention to the surroundings.
Middle course 2.9 km: This course is this time nicknamed "the challenge". It's perfect for those who are tired of everyday life and crave adventure. The course has a treacherously easy start but then you are thrown into the Scandinavian wilderness. In the middle section of the course, there are no handrails to follow and you have to navigate the terrain. The end of the course is of a technically simpler nature where it is possible to run out along nice trails. We encourage everyone who takes on this course to do so with a compass, good humor and an open mind.
Long course 5.0 km: An elite course for those with orienteering in their DNA. The beginning contains a ruthless control picking that requires you to utilize your entire orienteering toolbox. At the end of the course, there is the opportunity for fast trail running for those with strength left in their legs. Your chances of getting around dry-shod are almost non-existent.
