Employees of Region Norrbotten and medical students at Sunderby Hospital have access to a wide range of journals through Publication Finder.
Journal access
When you are connected to Region Norrbotten’s network, you can open articles directly. If you are outside the network, log in with your Region Norrbotten account.

In Publication Finder, you can find all journals available through the Medical E-Library. Search by title or browse by topic. For systematic article searches, use the databases.

BrowZine – an app for academic journals
With BrowZine you get access to the library’s medical journals. You can use the service on iPhone, iPad, Android devices, or via the web.
With BrowZine you can:
- Read journals in a format adapted for mobile phones or tablets
- Save and export articles and use them offline
- Collect your favorite journals in a personal bookshelf
- Receive alerts when new issues are available
- Synchronise your bookshelf across multiple devices and the web

Log in or create an account to save journals and articles in your bookshelf.
Use BrowZine – with the app
Do as follows:
- Open App Store or Google Play on your mobile or tablet.
- Download the BrowZine app.
- If prompted, select Region Norrbotten from the list.
- Log in with your Region Norrbotten account if required.
- Create a personal account in BrowZine to use the same bookshelf on your mobile, tablet, and the web.

On a computer within Region Norrbotten:
- Go to BrowZine via the library's link.
- Create an account by selecting the tool icon, then Login, and then: No account? Sign up for one.
On a computer outside Region Norrbotten:
- Go to BrowZine via the library's link.
- Log in with your Region Norrbotten account if prompted.
- Create an account by selecting the tool icon then Login, and then: No account? Sign up for one.

Terms of use for e-resources
Region Norrbotten has agreements with various publishers and providers to give access to electronic resources. These agreements determine what you as a user are allowed and not allowed to do.
Guidelines for the use of electronic media:
- None of the agreements allow commercial use. Copying or downloading is only allowed for private use. Copying also includes digital copying.
- You may distribute single copies of articles to third-party colleagues for research purposes.
- You may incorporate parts of the material in electronic courses, such as a learning platform, by linking to the material. All other copying or downloading requires the author's permission.
- You are obliged to examine the copyright information posted by the providers or publishers connected to the resources.
- You are obliged to indicate the source of printed or copied material.
It is not allowed to:
- Systematically copy or download, for example an entire journal issue or a whole book.
- Sell or redistribute copyrighted material, for example by posting it on the Internet or sending it outside your organisation.
- Alter, distort, or plagiarise material.
