Passkey – quickstart

With Passkey logging in is easier with options as facial recognition, fingerprint or a PIN-code.

Follow the steps below:

1. Go to security info

Open a browser and type mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info into the address bar and hit Enter.

2. Log in

Enter your LTU email address and click Next. Enter your password and log in.

3. Add sign-in method

Choose Add sign-in method.

4. Passkey

Select Passkey.

5. Create a key

Choose Next.

6. Finish the configuration

Follow the instructions in the opened security window and select Next.

Done!

Your passkey is now configured and can be used where Passkey is supported. Note that your multi factor authentication is still active, Passkey just gives you a simpler way of signing in.
