Information for supervisors

Invitations to the main supervisors whose doctoral students have registered will be sent out in early October.

The invitation to new doctors is sent out in early September and the deadline for registration is 30 September 2024. After that, the invitation to the ceremony and banquet is sent out to the main supervisors whose doctors have registered for the conferment ceremony. The last day of registration for main supervisors will then be in mid-October.

After registration, you will receive a receipt to your e-mail (if it does not reach your inbox, check your spam folder) together with a code. The code is your entry ticket to Kulturens hus and the banquet. Present the receipt with the entry code at the respective entrance, either via mobile or printout.
