Information for supervisors

Invitations to the main supervisors whose doctoral students have registered will be sent out in early October.

Invitation

The invitation to new doctors is sent out in early September and the deadline for registration is is usually in the end of September. After that, the invitation to the ceremony and banquet is sent out to the main supervisors whose doctors have registered for the conferment ceremony. The last day of registration for main supervisors will then tentatively be in mid-October.

Ceremony and banquet

The event consists of a ceremony at Kulturens hus in Luleå city center, followed by a banquet at the university campus with a three-course dinner, entertainment and speeches.
