Internal CRM-V Workshop at Luleå University of Technology
An internal workshop for the CRM-V project (Critical Raw Materials in Västerbotten) was recently held at Luleå University of Technology, bringing together researchers and project participants for a structured review of progress and planning of upcoming activities.
CRM-V is a research and innovation initiative aimed at strengthening Europe’s supply of critical raw materials – a key prerequisite for achieving the objectives of the green transition. The project addresses regional potential in Västerbotten while contributing to broader European resilience in raw material supply.
During the workshop, each work package presented a summary of completed work, outlined the
main challenges encountered, and shared the solutions and adjustments developed in response.
These presentations provided valuable insight into both technical progress and implementation
related experiences.
Particular attention was given to collaboration between work packages, ensuring alignment
across activities and identifying synergies that can strengthen the overall impact of the project. The discussions also focused on defining clear priorities and next steps for the coming project
period.
The workshop served as an important milestone for reflection, coordination, and continued development within CRM-V.
