Invitation: REE Short Course

The SGA Baltic Student Chapter invites you to a short course on Rare Earth Elements (REE), led by Prof. Michael Bau and Prof. Frances Wall

This course offers an integrated overview of REE in the Earth system, exploring their role as critical raw materials (CRMs)—including major deposit types, ore-forming processes, and their importance for modern technologies. It will also cover the use of REE as tracers in environmental and hydrogeochemical processes.

The course is designed for MSc students, researchers, and professionals with an interest in REE, critical raw materials, and geochemistry.
