The aim of the handbook is to provide guidance on how to promote a gender and diversity perspective in the ICT and education environment.
The handbook provides answers to questions such as - how to measure the impact of gender equality and diversity activities in ICT (both academia and industry)? What we mean by change and how to measure it? How to promote a more sustainable change process? The handbook not only highlights the need for change but describes the change that has taken place in two pilot experiments.
