From Component Deviations to System Health – A system-level approach to PHM using Industrial AI, presented by Sameer Prabhu, PhD student, LTU

• This webinar presents a system-level approach to Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) for complex engineering assets, tracing component degradation through to its impact on system function, safety and production. It brings together functional decomposition, failure and criticality analysis, AI-based state detection and health management in a single chain leading to maintenance decisions.
• Two industrial cases demonstrate the approach: LiDAR-based design rule compliance and health monitoring of scaffolding in construction, and image-based deviation detection on a rotary vacuum drum filter in mining.
