Goal

To obtain facts about the current situation and to find out what the
industry wants it to look like in the future.

Project status and results

Collecting information on the number of women and employees with foreign background is one of the tasks. Equally important is sharing stories about what it’s like to work in a male-dominated industry. How do women and people with foreign background experience their situation? Do they feel that gender and ethnicity matter? The study will focus on 12-15 small and large companies, operating around the country and in different parts of the industry. The results of the study will be presented in October.
