Research projects within PRECISE Digital Health
In the research area Precise Digital Healthcare we develop accurate digital solutions that meet people’s needs and are delivered at the right time and in the right context.
With the support of data, AI, technology, and scientific knowledge, information-driven, innovative, and sustainable methods are created to promote health and well-being throughout life. This includes new methods for measuring and monitoring health, health-related behaviors, and environmental factors to detect problems earlier, as well as providing targeted and proactive interventions for promotion, prevention, and rehabilitation to support people in managing their health in everyday life. With data- and information-driven care, accurate interventions can be facilitated to prevent ill health. To succeed, effective work processes and sustainable business models are also required to enable the scaling up of digital solutions. In this way, health care can provide timely interventions and create more equitable access to health services, with lasting benefits for individuals, health systems, and society.
