The seminar will take place online via Microsoft Teams on 22 April, 09:00–10:30 and brings together ongoing research connected to walking as a mode of transport. The aim is to share current work within the programme and to stimulate discussion across disciplines on theoretical, methodological and planning-related perspectives on pedestrian mobility.
The programme includes:

- Anindita Mandal (Luleå university of Technology) “Planning factors for walking in urban environment: Examining the effect of built environment, psychological factors and socio-demographics on walking as a transport mode”
One additional speaker (to be confirmed)
The seminar will begin with a short introduction, followed by two presentations and Q&A. After a brief break, two additional presentations and further Q&A will be held, with brief closing remarks.
