SÄKRA Digital security for businesses
Cyber threats and attacks are an increasing societal challenge that risks hindering sustainable growth through digitalization. With the increase in mind, businesses need to think about when, not if, they too will be subject to a targeted attack on their systems.
The project aims to empower small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), their customers and partners to improve their information security skills. With more skills, better awareness and systematic security work, digital resilience can be developed.
Such competence improves readiness for action that both meets EU directives and stimulates the integration of digital security into daily operations. To measure the achievement of the objective, the participating actors' assessment of their level of maturity should increase in exploratory time measurement between the start and end of the project. The goal is realistically achievable through the project's interactive, competence-enhancing and experience-sharing activities, which, among other things, will provide better conditions for assessing purchased IT services and thus gradually increase the buyer's competence, as well as show what systematic information security work can mean for small and medium-sized enterprises.
