Continuing the journey "On the Road to Bari", the local organising committee and IAHR are proud to spotlight a High Level Panel organised during the 9th IAHR Europe Congress in Luleå that will tackle the following questions: How can scientific research more effectively inform European water policy—and where are the most urgent innovation gaps?
