REEDEAM – Organizing and ensuring competence in (occupational health and safety) work related to the green transition
REEDEAM IGS – a corporate graduate school focused on climate-neutral production, electrification, digitalization, and automation. Through collaboration between three universities and several industry partners, the graduate school aims to train the experts of the future and contribute to new knowledge that will future-proof Swedish industry.

Subproject title: Organization and skills development for (work environment) work in the green transition
The project aims to investigate the organizational and competency needs of various stakeholders in order to address the green transition. The starting point is a mapping of external trends, laws/regulations, the application of new technologies, and the investments and initiatives of various organizations in the green transition.
The goal of the project is to increase knowledge, foster a holistic perspective, and propose measures and other initiatives/incentives and approaches to match organizational needs with competency needs from a life-cycle perspective.
