Digital Co-Transition

This study aims to strengthen mining companies’ stakeholder communication strategies by designing a digital platform that promotes inclusive dialogue and structured engagement. The research will deliver practical insights, recommendations, and develop a prototype platform, tested using the Jokkmokk Iron Mines project as a real-world case study.
