The abstract submission is now open!

Please submit your abstracts, using the template provided below, latest by 30th July 2026.

Download Word Template docx, 47.7 kB.

Convert your document into a pdf-file and rename it "Lastname_Firstname-Abstract-PolyTrib-2026.pdf".

Send your abstract via e-mail to polytrib@ltu.se using the subject
"PolyTrib 2026 Abstract Submission First Name Last Name".

Information for Authors

A conference abstract book will be prepared containing all abstracts. Authors should prepare their contributions using the provided template.

Conference Contributions

Oral presentation at the conference

The duration of the oral presentation at the conference is limited to 20 minutes (15 min for presentation, 5 min for discussion).

Poster presentation

If requested by the author, their contribution can also be presented in the form of a poster, which will be on display at the venue. A template will be provided to the respective presenters upon acceptance of the submitted abstract with all necessary instructions included.
