Ico Broekhuizen Appointed New Chair of IWGDM
The International Working Group on Data and Models (IWGDM) is part of the IWA/IAHR Joint Committee on Urban Drainage (JCUD). Its purpose is to advance research and disseminate knowledge and technology related to data collection and modelling of urban drainage systems.
Every three years, the group also organises the International Conference on Urban Drainage Modelling (UDM) focusing on stormwater modelling.
At the most recent UDM conference, held from 15–19 September in Innsbruck, Austria, Ico Broekhuizen, representing Stormwater&Sewers / Luleå University of Technology took over as new chair of IWGDM for a three-year term. Congratulations, Ico!
