TenSArc
The dynamics of land use tensions in the Swedish Arctic – cooperation and conflict.
The aim of TenSArc is to explain why land use conflicts, tensions and synergies arise in connection with the use of natural resources in the Swedish Arctic, from a long-term perspective. TenSArc is a multidisciplinary effort that brings together researchers from history, law, political science, archaeology, forestry and geoengineering at Luleå University of Technology, the Institute for Arctic Landscape Research INSARC, the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) and Stockholm University. The TenSArc project team will use the funding to develop a major program application.
