About me
Constantinos was born in Limassol in 1987. He is an Architect Engineer, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and holds a PhD from University of Cyprus which dealt with the building integration of active solar systems. He is an Assistant Professor of Architectural Technology and Energy at Neapolis University Pafos and a Visiting Scholar at Luleå University of Technology, Sweden.
Constantinos deals extensively with the sustainability and energy efficiency of buildings on the architectural side, both professionally and within his research. He participated in relevant research projects, where he made publications, participated in conferences, whilst he was selected as one of the 26 Rising Researchers of the ACU British Council Commonwealth Futures Climate Research Cohort.
Several of his studies have been published in architectural and research journals and he is the author of the book "Building Integration of Active Solar Systems: A Handbook External link, opens in new window.".
He is a Qualified Building Energy Efficiency Expert of the Cyprus’ Ministry of Energy, member of ETEΚ and of the Cyprus Architects Association.
