I work as an HR Administrator and IT Representative at the Department of Health, Learning and Technology. As an HR Administrator, I primarily handle personnel administration for the OMTk division, Nursing and Medical Technology, including:

• Employment contracts
• Fees and remunerations
• Onboarding of new employees
• Support for PhD students
• Reviewing travel expense claims, etc.

As an IT Representative, I mainly support the OMTk division and am responsible for, among other things, the department’s purchases of computers, phones, email lists, etc.
