Hanna Wennberg

About me

I am a licensed psychologist and a doctoral student in work and organizational psychology. My research project examines leaders’ power-sharing behaviors and its effects on employee wellbeing and performance in public healthcare, as well as how both leaders and employees can be supported in these processes. The project is carried out in collaboration with Region Norrbotten.

I have previously worked as a leader in public healthcare and with knowledge governance at both local and regional levels. My interests revolve around how we can create sustainable, healthy, and effective organizations where both people and operations can grow and develop.
