Victor Henriksson

As the project manager for RUFFS, I lead an initiative that strengthens small and medium‑sized companies through competence development to meet the demands of the green transition in the steel industry. Through targeted training efforts and close dialogue, we help enhance the competitiveness of industry suppliers.

I am also part of the VHO project, led by Region Västerbotten, where I work with development and coordination to support subcontractors in the metal industry and contribute to long‑term, sustainable solutions together with colleagues and partners.
