Research Experience
Currently pursuing a PhD at Luleå University of Technology with a focus on the sustainable production of biocarbon from low-grade forestry biomass through pyrolysis. The research aims to optimize pyrolysis processes for enhanced biocarbon yield and quality, contributing to renewable energy and carbon sequestration efforts.
Previously engaged in advanced research on gasification and pyrolysis technologies at Istanbul Technical University, participating in projects that targeted the conversion of composite wastes into syngas and biocarbon/char. Played a key role in operating semi-pilot and pilot scale gasifier and pyrolyzer, driving forward the efficient and environmentally friendly production of energy and materials from waste.
