Run/walk streak - September challenge with Student Health Service
Start the semester with a challenge to run for a short time every day for 21 days, a so-called Run Streak. Runs throughout September and registration opens August 19.
We do it because it's fun and because movement makes us feel good. If you complete the challenge and can describe how it affects your study time, you could win a prize.
Here's how it works:
- Register that you want to participate. After your registration you will receive more information.
- Start on any day in September and then run at least 1.6 km every calendar day. Continue for at least 21 consecutive days.
- Record your training in the app of your choice.
- The place where you run doesn't matter. You can run outside or inside, on a treadmill, on the road or in a forest.
- If running feels too tough - do a Walk streak instead and walk instead of run.
What if I get sick? You have to be honest with yourself here - if you feel sick, stay home. Your health is most important. Take a break and start again on day 1 when you are well.
