StiL Sportcenter files for bankruptcy

StiL Sportcenter has filed for bankruptcy. The business is now being managed by a bankruptcy trustee, who will determine whether and how operations can continue. This news is regrettable for the employees, instructors, and all students and staff at the university who have been involved with the association in various ways.

The university’s focus now is on determining whether the bankruptcy trustee can ensure the continued operation of the approximately 20 student-run sections affiliated with StiL; if not, the university will work with the student unions to explore options for continuing these activities in a different form.
