Here you will find information on where to turn with complaints and comments. Complaints may concern grading, treatment, supervision, quality of education, processing times, etc.
A starting point when you have a complaint is that it should be handled and resolved as close to its source as possible in the first instance, to enable the University to quickly correct mistakes and/or mismanagement or clear up misunderstandings. Course evaluation
If you want to give feedback on a course or programme, without receiving individual feedback, you can do so via the anonymous course and programme evaluations that are regularly carried out within each course and programme.
Get help from the student unions
Utbildningsbevakning.se is the joint website of Teknologkåren and Luleå Student Union where you as a student can contact them with questions about your education. Common issues include examinations, courses, teachers and study environment.

Report a problem with facilities and equipment
If you want to report faults and defects, you can use the page below to report defects in our premises, buildings, broken equipment such as lighting, furniture or, for example, microwave ovens. Here you can also report errors that you have discovered in our IT environment, printers, copiers, AV technology and point out shortcomings regarding accessibility.
