Abstract Submission and Registration

Abstract Submission

We invite you to submit your abstract, formatted according to the template, via the link below. Each participant may submit up to two abstracts for consideration. All submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee based on their scientific merit and contribution to advancing the field. In line with the aims of ECOFRAM 2026, we encourage authors to present timely, research-driven work that supports the development of eco-friendly, high-performance flame-retardant additives and materials through new insights, methodological advances, or technological innovations.

All accepted contributions will be included in the Book of Abstracts and the conference programme. The online submission system will open on 1 December 2025, and notification of acceptance will be sent to the corresponding email address provided during submission.

Registration

The registration fee for participants covers access to all conference sessions and materials, the welcome reception, the conference dinner, lunches and coffee breaks during the conference. The accompanying person registration fee includes access to the welcome reception and the conference dinner. For inquiries about registration, please contact us.
