Registration fees

Early bird registration fee (Until 10th September 2026)

Students and Postdocs 3500 SEK + VAT

Academia staff and industry 4000 SEK + VAT

Accompanying person* 2000 SEK + VAT

Standard registration fee

Students 4000 SEK + VAT

Academia staff and industry 5000 SEK + VAT

Accompanying person* 2500 SEK + VAT

* Registration for accompanying persons includes dinner and refreshments during the day, but does not give access to the presentation and poster sessions.

Fees include conference materials, coffee breaks and lunch on both days, and the conference dinner.

Up to 40 registered conference participants will also have the exciting opportunity to visit the MAX IV synchrotron in Lund on 25th November and receive a guided tour of some of the available facilities. Please indicate your interest in this visit when registering. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the organizers via e-mail before 15th Sept. 2026. All refunds will be made after the completion of PolyTrib 2026 for administrative reasons and bank charges and administrative fees will be deducted from the total payable.

No refunds will be made for cancelation after 16th Sept 2026.
