Copying
Published: 30 March 2017
The ability to copy and print copyrighted works is severely limited by the Copyright Act.
To some extent to meet the teachers 'copying needs and to facilitate their professional practice, the state has signed a framework agreement on copying with the copyright holders' organizations through Bonus Press Copy - hereinafter referred to as the Copying Agreement. All teachers at the universities and colleges that have signed the agreement have the right to copy and print a limited number of pages for their teaching in order to supplement the compulsory publishing course literature. The agreement also regulates the conditions for, among other things, copying of note material, slides and printing of digital material.
