Bribes

Luleå University of Technology conducts activities of such a nature that employees and contractors may be exposed to the influence of other actors in the performance of their duties. This at the same time as high demands on correct behavior must be placed on the university and its employees. It is therefore important that the interaction with other actors takes place formally correctly and that the criminal code's provisions on accepting and giving bribes that apply to both the public and private sectors are observed.
