- To See a World, is appropriately entitled a CD that the choir releases in connection with the trip, which is also partly the purpose of the tour. To see other places and experience how the chamber choir music choice /repertoire is received on a different continent. It is also, through the seminars that we organize, a way to share musical experiences with others, says Erik Westberg professor of choral conducting at Luleå University of Technology.
During the international tour the choir gives concerts and seminars including British Columbia University, Ryerson United Church (Vancouver), University of Hawai'i at Mānoa and the Lutheran Church of Honolulu (Hawai'i). In San Francisco's the choir participates at the opening of the Swedish American Hall in collaboration with, among others, Swedish and Norwegian Church and Barbro Osher Pro Suecia Foundation. On the CD, released in conjunction with the tour participates as a pianist Gabriel Koppmark, also a student at the Academy of Music.
