This year's Built Environment Developer

Rebecca Stridsman Möller, a student at the Civil Engineering Program at Luleå University of Technology, has won the award for the year's built environment developer. The award is given by Skanska and Sweco.

Rebecca, who wants to work for a more sustainable society, won an electric cycle and a few lunch meetings with potential future employers.

"We have worked with a safer subway concept, where everyone will feel welcome and safe regardless of sexual orientation or religion," says Rebecca Stridsman Möller.

Motivation of the jury

The winner of this year's social developer 2018 wants to design cities where everyone can feel safe. With great determination and vigor, work on sustainability efforts to make the vision of the gender neutral city a reality.

The prize ceremony was held at the Universum Awards in Stockholm.
