SSAB is one of the companies that has published advertisements in the university's new advertising portal. We have asked some questions to Agneta Ekman, HR Partner at SSAB Luleå. She tells how they collaborate with the university and how the advertising portal can help them showcase the career opportunities that SSAB offers.
What does your collaboration with the university look like today?
- Our collaboration extends over several areas, not least in research, guest lectures, degree projects and study visits. We are a large employer who has the privilege of receiving many talented students for both summer jobs during their studies and an extremely exciting career after graduation.
Why do you collaborate with the university?
- SSAB is proud of a close collaboration with Luleå University of Technology, something that promotes competence supply, innovation and knowledge exchange on several levels. Together, we create an increased attractiveness for Norrbotten.
Why do you use the Advertising Portal?
- For us, the advertising portal is a good window to communicate career opportunities at SSAB directly to the students at Luleå University of Technology.
