Mirror's university collaboration
The Norrbotten-based IT company Mirror saw an opportunity to invest in the further development of their business system .
Mirror needed help to understand the potential customer group better and to validate the interest.
- We saw the potential, but there were many questions. What do the customers need? How would they like to work in the future? Will the investment pay off for us? says Terese Johansson, business area manager at Mirror.
Through its participation in the business development program Fast Track, Mirror was able to get help from LTU Business business developers and a team of students at Luleå University of Technology.
