This course package makes you who work as an HR manager, strategist or specialist safer and more effective in your professional role. Challenge your mindset, become a better leader, and improve your control over your company's finances. We tailor an arrangement that suits you and your organization and can provide the training at your place, on campus or online.

About the course

Challenge your mindset through challenging management support, learn to handle difficult conversations and conflicts and gain better control of the company's finances. LTU Professional Education offers a course package aimed at HR managers, HR strategists and HR specialists to make you feel confident in your role as a leader. The package is available in its entirety, but we also offer the different parts separately or with increased focus on one or some of the parts. If the course package is selected in its entirety, it consists of four full days, preferably spread over one semester (corresponding to approximately three months). We are happy to help tailor an education that is suitable for your particular organization. The course can be held at the place you want: at your place, on campus or digitally.

Innovative mindset in challenge-driven managerial support

Suggested time: 1 day

During a full day, you will get an overview of innovative and dynamic mindset, knowledge of innovation processes and training in practical tools for challenge-driven change management. Together, it provides the skills to support managers in their challenges and daily problems.

Difficult conversations and conflict management

Suggested time: 1 day

During the day, a theoretical background and concrete tools are provided for planning, conducting and evaluating difficult conversations, as well as theoretical and experience-based knowledge for managing and resolving conflicts in professional life. Lectures and workshops where participants bring examples of difficult conversations and conflict situations they have experienced. The purpose is to approach an approach where the situation demands good communication and conflict management skills and to be made aware of alternative strategies for handling difficult conversations and conflicts.

Personnel finances, key figures and process control

Suggested time: 2 days

During the two course days in personnel economics, an introduction is given to the subject personnel economics with a focus on personnel as a resource, personnel finance calculations and business management, personnel key figures and personnel finance communication. An insight is also given into the history and future of the personnel economy.
