Mötesplats Social innovation Vinnovaprojekt

The project National Knowledge Platform for Social Innovation (NKSI)

In 2018, Vinnova granted funding for a collaborative project between Mötesplats Social Innovation and six universities, where Luleå University of Technology is one of these, to establish and exchange a national knowledge platform with local and regional support for social innovation throughout Sweden.

The six HEIs that are part of the project National Knowledge Platform for Social Innovation host and establish regional knowledge nodes that together with the National Office form the national knowledge platform.

Malmö and Stockholm together form the national cohesion office that leads the project and ensures that goals and results are achieved. The office has contact with national players and coordinates and assists the nodes in the establishment. Together with the nodes, the bureau initiates, plans and implements joint national activities and knowledge campaigns.
