The students in the course D7017E present their projects as they have developed during September to December 2019. Each project group has 30 minutes at their disposal to present their project.
The following projects will be presented:
ICLapland: ICLapland is a project with the purpose of developing a service that will promote the Swedish tourist industry. The Service consists of an app, a website and a NFC-tag. The goal of the project is to provide tourists with a more enriching experience and to gather statistical data that could aid small -medium enterprises in Sweden to better utilize and develop their businesses.
Pythia: Future Ordering offers app, web, voice and kiosk self-ordering solutions for enterprises within the food & beverage industry. These solutions are today serving millions of meals for their customers and are considered by many as the future of ordering. By recommending the right items from the menu in a so-called upsell, the ordering experience will become even more convenient for the guest. In order to continue development of the ordering system, Future Ordering have turned to students at Luleå University of Technology to help them develop a smart data driven recommendation engine.
