Research shows that students 'experiences of care, trust and participation, together with teachers' responsibility to support student learning, are crucial to school success. Through an appreciative approach, pupils' goal achievement and well-being in school can increase. Such an approach affects the psychosocial and physical environment of preschool and school, which is reflected in the view of children and learning, approach, teaching methods and working methods, content of teaching and organization of activities.
