Termination of staff user account

Requirement

  1. You are authorized to make requests. If you are unsure, ask your IT coordinator or your manager. Termination of a staff user account may not be done by the user.

Instructions

  1. Click on the link Create request below.
  2. Select End staff user account.
  3. Enter the following information on the person whose account will be terminated:
  • First name
  • Surname
  • Personal number
  • Institution
  • Section
  • Project number

We would also like to know whether the following should be terminated: email, software licenses, mobile subscription, extension and box-/onedrive-/google account.

Cleaning up and archiving the materials in the home directory and email is the employee's responsibility. The immediate supervisor makes sure that this is carried out, and this must be done before the termination of employment. If it is not possible, it must be done within a month after the last day of employment.

The termination of a staff user account costs nothing.
