Relocate Staff

When staff moves from one department or institution to Another.

Requirements

  1. You are authorized to make orders. If you are unsure, contact your manager or IT coordinator.

Instruction

  1. Enter the case management system by clicking the link below.
  2. Choose User Account and Relocate Staff within LTU
  3. Enter the following information:
  • First name
  • Surname
  • Social sequrity number

    Enter change around:
     
  • Institution
  • Department
  • project number
  • Mobile Subscription / extension
  • IT equipment / licenses, etc.

When moving mobile subscriptions from one institution/department to another, all additional services will be reset to default unless otherwise notified.

Software licenses are not automatically reset; Any changes and billing adjustments needs to be notified to IT service.
