Requirements

  1. The product is purchased through the university.
  2. The product is defective.

Instruction

  1. Contact the Service Desk through our request management system.
  2. Tell us what product you wish to reject and why.
  3. If it is considered a proper complaint IT-Service will manage the complaint.

IT service always chooses a 3 year warranty on recommended computers that are ordered in Wisum. Docking stations, mobile phones and computer batteries typically have a 1 year warranty.

NOTE! In terms of orders of goods through IT service, we have no right of withdrawal. We at IT-Service can always try to see if anyone else wants to take over the ordered product, but no return is guaranteed. You can also try to see if anyone else wants to take over your order.
