Book a meeting in Outlook

With the help of the scheduling assistant in Outlook you can see if staff at LTU are available for meetings you want to book in.


  1. E-mail with
  2. Outlook.


  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Enter the Calendar.
  3. Choose New Meeting.
  4. Click on Meeting in the menu bar and choose Scheduling Assistant.
  5. Select the date and time, add participants. The status of the participants will be displayed next to your chosen day and time.
  6. Add a room in the Location row (note that this must be booked separately in TimeEdit.).
  7. Finish by clicking Send.
