iPhone reservation is not visible in Outlook

If a reservation has been made via the iPhone calendar and is not visible in the Outlook client or webmail.

Requirements

  1. LTU user with e-mail
  2. A reservation is made in the iPhone calender.

Instruction

  1. Open the calendar on your iPhone.
  2. Go to your event you booked.
  3. Check the calendar to see which one is default. If it is not your Exchange calendar, click the arrow  and select the correct calendar.
  4. Now the event is synced in to Outlook.
