Skype for Business - Add external contact

Requirements

  1. Staff user at LTU.
  2. Skype for Business is installed on your computer.
  3. You know the email address of the external contact you want to add.

Instruction

  1. Open Skype for Business
  2. Paste the contact's email address in the search box
  3. The search results are displayed
  4. If you find the contact you are looking for, right-click it and select Add to Contacts and select a group that your contact will be included in.
