Mobile Storage

LTU’s departments are able to store their unused mobile phones with IT. The template is only available in Swedish.

Requirements

  1. Staff at LTU
  2. You have a phone that works, but that is not currently in use
  3. You are authorized by the IT coordinator to use the storage for mobiles. If you are unsure, contact the IT coordinator or your manager.

Instruction

To submit a mobile phone for storage:

  1. Create a request to the Servicedesk, see link below.
  2. Use the template Mobile Storage Service
  3. Screen lock must be switched off or code must be entered in the case.
    All information / media stored on your phone permanently deleted! No exceptions! The mobile subscription and the connection ends
  4. Leave the cell phone and accessories to the service desk in the library (Lulea)

To retrieve a phone from the store:

  1. Create a case to Service Point, see link below.
  2. Use the template Mobile Storage Service
