At Luleå University of Technology you get automatic access to the contents of the databases , but if you are located elsewhere you must log in with your LTU user account. You have an LTU user if you are a student or employee at Luleå University of Technology. If you do not have an LTU user, you have a more limited access.
The Library Search Tool
When you search in the Library Search Tool, you search in most databases and journals that are available through LTU. Remember to log in with your LTU user to get full access.

The list is in alphabetical order. If you want to see the databases by subject, select subject in the "Select subject area" menu.

A selection of databases with openly available scientific research results in the form of e-books, articles and more that are available to read in full text for all users.
Open digital archives
In open digital archives, one can obtain full texts of scientific articles even if the article is not published with Open Access. Some publishers allow the researcher to archive the article in that way, so-called parallel publication. When you find a full-text article in an open archive, you need to pay attention to which version is available, it is not always the peer-reviewed version that is published in the archive.
